Business Intelligence Developer This Dallas client is a recognized as an award-winning employer focusing on their employees! They are hiring a Business Intelligence Developer. You will utilize your strong background in Business Intelligence to build various strategic and clinical healthcare solutions. In this health care organization, your work impacts the daily oversight and care of patients. You will be responsible for the collection and analysis of data to evaluate operational difficulties and make recommendations to solve problems and advance strategic initiatives. The role ensures that measures of success are created, monitored and reviewed and provides answers through analytical modeling to business questions and is empowered to drive short and long-term strategic goal realization. Here’s How you will Impact the Company:· Responsible for designing and developing solutions on Salesforce cloud platform that will include configuration, development, integration, customization, and support of the enterprise Salesforce digital experience cloud environment,.· Extract, manipulate, and join data from multiple sources into a population set for comparative analysis.· Develop and maintain analytical models to determine financial, clinical, and consumer value of a wide-range of business initiatives.· Responsible for and/or participates in dashboard development process, including creating data definitions, validating data, retrieving data from systems, maintaining technical documentation, and dashboard creation.· Produce ad hoc reports, recurring reporting needs, and presentations that provide data-based insights for solutions to business questions.· Give presentations to work groups on findings using data visualization tools.· Develop relationships among partners and customers and manage those relationships to assure effective solutions.· Assists in communications with customers, project team and vendors in a timely manner and escalates issues and risks appropriately.We can get you an interview If You Have:· 3+ years of Information Technology experience.· Bachelor's Degree or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent required and· 2+ years of experience using Tableau, Power BI, Cognos, or equivalent visualization software.· SQL or non-SQL tools to query, join tables, and create tables.· Financial modeling, pro formas (preferred).If you are interested in this position, please forward your resume to: Learn more about r2 Technologies at ;/p>
