AAA Crains Auto Salvage LLC is currently hiring an Energetic Super friendly personality front counter Sales Representative !

Knowledge of Auto Parts and their location is a Plus but not necessary, we will train the person with the right attitude

MAIN DUTIES:

- Answer customer phone calls

- Provide information of availability and pricing of parts

- Provide excellent customer service to both on-site and over the phone customers

- Maximize sales transactions by meeting customer needs

- Assist with other duties as assigned by management

- Handle cash and credit card transactions

- Instruct part pullers and dismantlers what parts to be removed.

- Schedule part deliveries

REQUIREMENTS:

- Bilingual Spanish - English Required

- Super friendly, charismatic and energetic personality. A People Person!

- Great Customer Service, smiling all the time and patience towards our customers !

- Be able to work with a team

- Multitasking and answer a lot of phone calls at the same time.

SCHEDULE:

- Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm (1 Hr Lunch)

- Saturdays - 9 am - 4 pm

- Sundays - CLOSED

- You will only work 5 days a week with a schedule rotation of Saturdays. One week would be Monday thru Friday and the next week you will have a day off during the week to work on Saturday.

COMPENSATION:

- Starts at $14.00 Hr / Full Time 40 hours guaranteed. Some overtime available

- WEEKLY OPPORTUNITY OF BONUSES OF $25. $50, $100, $250, $500 or More

- We work in a team to achieve the collective bonus. However, the bonuses advertised are individually for each person

1 Week of Vacations after 1 year.

2 Weeks of Vacations after 3 Years

3 Weeks of Vacations after 5 Years

4 Weeks of Vacations after 7 Years

6 Paid holidays every year. (Memorial day, July 4th, Labor day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New years day)

Must be able to start immediately

Experience is a plus but not necessary. We will train the person with the right attitude
