Job Title: Background Screening Customer Service Representative

Location: North Central San Antonio

Salary Range: $15 to $17 per hour (Higher based on experience: $18 to $21)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Job Description:

As a Background Screening Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless delivery of our background screening services. Your responsibilities will include:

Providing exceptional customer service by addressing product and service inquiries.

Resolving product and service problems promptly and efficiently.

Meeting a 24-hour turnaround for preparing error-free background screening reports.

Adhering to internal and state policies to maintain turnaround time expectations.

Conducting background scrubs and verification procedures for accurate reporting.

Communicating effectively with clients to provide status updates or clarification on pending reports.

Utilizing best practices and accuracy training to deliver high-quality reports.

Attracting potential customers by offering information on our products and services.

Maintaining customer records by updating account information as needed.

Requirements:

Ability to pass a background screen.

Clear communication skills.

Proficiency in computer usage.
