Apartment Assistant Manager

Looking for an experienced Assistant Manager with at least one year as an AM. We have a small, cute Community that is needing a self started and go getter. Resman software experience a plus but will train. Must be reliable, dedicated and have some awesome leasing skills. Reliable transportation needed. Background and drug screen are administered. This person must be BILINGUAL.

Small Management Company that takes care of their employees and knows the meaning of work/home balance.

Great Bonus schedules monthly on both new leases and renewals. Potential for up to $1,000 per month. Flex time every other Friday available.
