Job DetailsThis position will primarily focus on applications used in our operation's environment but will also include customer facing application development in the future. This position will be responsible for every aspect of our Android development from design to implementation as well as testing and support. Our industry poses many unique challenges and hence someone who likes to think outside the box and tackle unique challenges would be ideal for the position. A team player is also required as the position is on-premise at the corporate office and will be joining a team of 5 already in place.Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree.
• 3+ years' experience in design, coding, testing, implementation, and documentation of android applications.
• Experience with Android's Observer design pattern is required.
• Experience with Android's Room persistence library is required.
• Experience with SQLite is required.
• Experience with list adapters and recycler views is required.
• Experience with REST API integration required.
• Experience with Java and JSON required.
• Experience with Kotlin preferred.
• Experience with integrating an android tablet with external devices such as scanners or cameras is desirable but not required.
• Experience or familiarity with the MuleSoft platform is desirable but not required.
