Accounting for Trucking

Trucking company is currently seeking an experience person in accounting with trucking experience

Monday-Friday 8-5

- Quickbooks knowledge

-reconcile company expenses into Quickbooks

-generate various reports from Quickbooks (balance sheets and profit/loss statements)

-issue fuel cards to drivers

-monitor fuel usage

- invoice and track bills of lading sent to factoring

-navigate factoring website

- communicate with brokers on load issues

-communicate with all departments within the company

-accounts payable and accounts receivable

- team player willing to accommodate company needs.

-help with phones when needed
