Job Summary:

As a Delivery Driver at Windward Logistics, you will play a crucial role in our operations, ensuring timely and safe delivery of goods to our clients. Your main responsibility will be to transport products from our warehouse to various destinations across the US Virgin Islands, maintaining the highest standards of efficiency and customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Load, transport, and deliver items to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner.

- Review orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.

- Assist with loading and unloading items from vehicles.

- Adhere to assigned routes and follow time schedules.

- Abide by all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record.

- Prepare reports and other documents relating to deliveries.

- Operate equipment and machines, such as cars, trucks, forklifts, etc.

- Communicate effectively with clients and the team to ensure the highest level of service.

Requirements:

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

- Experience as a delivery driver or similar role.

- Strong time management and customer service skills.

- Ability to walk, drive, and lift and carry heavy items for extended periods.

- Attention to detail.

- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
