Auto Shop office clerk / assistant needed (part-time)
Responsibilities include:
-Forecasts goals and objectives for the department and assists management in meeting them.
-Monitors the inventory of all parts and equipment.
-Payment posting, mail and walk in customers throughout the day.
-Communicate with service department on a regular basis about customer work orders.
-Deals with vendors on orders parts and invoices.
-Deal with inquiries from the mechanics, office manager and administration.
-Provide general administrative, answering calls and clerical support as needed.
