Studio for rent

Hello I am posting here to see if I can have any hits. I am looking to sublease my studio in Brentwood while I’m on maternity leave. I also have the option for someone who is looking to gain clientele. it would be amazing if I could find someone to rent out my studio full or part-time, and also take care of my clients while I am gone. I run a busy men salon in Brentwood Tennessee. Located inside Lux salon suites. It is a great location. Comes with laundry and back bar. It won’t be available until May. I plan on being gone for two months. But if everything goes well, I would not mind sharing part time my studio with someone.
