Project Manager

Kleenco Construction of Chattanooga, TN is accepting applications for a project manager position. We are a commercial civil construction contractor providing repair services for retail chain companies. We are looking for a candidate who has commercial facility repair experience including commercial man door, sheetrock, flooring, concrete and/or asphalt paving repair experience that can efficiently manage multiple projects at a time. This position will consist of scheduling pre-construction meetings, schedule/coordination of work in phases, quality control/assurance, as-build drawings, change order processing, project close out, and customer acceptance of projects subcontracted. This candidate will also assist with managing other repairs as needed. This is a full-time long term position.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years commercial facility repair experience or equivalent

Asphalt/Concrete experience is a plus

Construction Management degree is a plus but not required

Computer experiences including emailing, sending attachments, Microsoft word/excel, SharePoint.

Able to pass background check, drug test

Professional, able to manage time, team member.

Compensation:

This is a salary position. The pay will be determined at the time of interview based on the candidates experience level. Our wages are very competitive with industry standards.

Approximately 3 weeks of vacation time (7 paid holidays off, 1 week in summer, and 2 weeks off between Christmas and New Years).
