Oracle HCM Tester

RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client in need of a Oracle HCM Tester in Nashville, TN.Responsibilities: In this role, the Oracle HCM Tester is responsible for the creation and execution of testing content for an oracle cloud HCM project including test cases, test data, test evidence, defect management, supporting business testers, progress reporting, and more Create test cases that align with defined requirements; Test cases should include detailed steps with expected results and cover all process/data scenarios The Oracle HCM Tester will identify or create test data to be used during the execution of the test casesREQUIREMENTS: 7+ years of experience working with Oracle HCM with strong participation in testing of the complete application suite Experience with HCM/Payroll implementations including at least 2 Oracle Cloud HCM projects including Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Talent Management, and Core HR Demonstrated analytical skills executing testing efforts in large systems in complex business and IT environmentsKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
