Mechanical Superintendents needed in Stanton, TN!

We are now seeking Mechanical Superintendents for a 6-8 month project in Stanton, TN!

Requirements:

- Minimum of 10 years of previous industrial construction experience as a Mechanical Superintendent.

- Medium or large project experience ($100M+) required.

- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30

- NCCER credentials for crew leader performance preferred.

- Must be willing to travel.

- Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings.

Hours: 7- 12's; could be on day or night shift.

Duration: 6-8 months

Pay: $55/ hr + $115/ days worked per diem

Duties: Large industrial site working on an underground natural gas pipeline.

Promoting a Safety-Conscious Environment for the Project:

Coordinate the deployment of manpower, equipment, small tools, and materials as required.

Supervise craft crews to ensure adherence to schedule, quality, and budgetary constraints.

Allocate construction work hours to relevant cost codes and prepare weekly progress reports to compare actual progress against planned milestones.

Ensure completion of work in accordance with the latest revisions of Issued for Construction (IFC) drawings, specifications, RFIs, and other project design information.

Collaborate closely with the project control team on daily and weekly basis to plan and schedule installations, ensuring alignment with project milestones.

Oversee the development of project schedules and monitor production to ensure timely project completion.

Review cost reports and analyze them to identify opportunities for cost reduction and productivity enhancement.

Conduct regular project inspections to assess work progress, quality, and safety conditions, reporting findings to the Project Superintendent/Project Manager.

Administer project policies and procedures, ensuring compliance across all activities.

Coordinate with engineers, inspectors, and client/owner representatives to address project issues and develop effective solutions.

Facilitate regular safety meetings and support supervision in addressing safety concerns and areas needing attention.

Conduct routine meetings with project supervision to review progress and plan future construction activities.

Assess the need for construction equipment and ensure proper maintenance of equipment.

Oversee start-up and commissioning activities.
