Note: This is a hybrid/onsite local temporary employment-contracted position.

You must live near the project location and be able to commute on a daily/weekly basis, as needed. You will work directly with our corporate HQ2 office in Richardson, Texas, for additional project and administrative support.

We’re seeking experienced, detail-oriented, and highly motivated construction managers to fill locations throughout the United States and manage new single-family residential construction projects. You will oversee all on-site work, sub-contractor and material coordination, scheduling, and implementation. You will be paired with an individual in our office to help assist with ordering materials, purchase orders, schedules, payouts, and change orders. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential construction management and have excellent time management and communication skills.

Qualifications:

● 3-5+ years' experience in project management or construction management

● Must have residential project management experience

● ​Knowledgeable of the following: carpentry, framing, plumbing, electrical, paint

● Familiarity with Microsoft Office and construction management software (Buildertrend)

● Strong leadership qualities and work ethic

● Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills

● Deadline and detail-oriented

● Bilingual (a plus, but not required)
