A Public Sector client of ours is looking for IT Scrum Master to work on their ongoing project in Nashville, TN office.
Below are the additional details of this role: Required Skills: We need a minimum of 5+ Years hands on experience in the following.- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework
- Experience with Application Lifecycle Management tools and practices
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to guide the team towards their goals
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to identify and remove any impediments that are blocking the team from making progress
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred
