General farm labor ($20/hour) - Full and part time work available

We’re a mushroom farm looking for a full-time worker to help with general labor starting ASAP. You will initially be hired on a short term basis 2 weeks for a trial period, transitioning into long term, full-time employment if mutually fit.

If you aren't available to work full time, we are also searching for someone to work part-time on a short-term scheduled basis.

Workers must have experience with manual/farm labor. You will be responsible for forking hay and using a bedding chopper to prepare mushroom substrate. You will also be involved with mushroom harvesting, packaging mushrooms, and inventory management.

Candidates must be:

-Able to commute to Beechgrove, TN consistently for an 8am start each weekday

- Physically capable, able to lift 50lb. consistently

-Excited about mushroom farming/agricultural operation and hard working

-Experience interacting with spreadsheets on a basic level is a plus

Wage: $20/hr.
