Universal is seeking forklift drivers for full-time direct hire positions in our Spring Hill, TN facility. Forklift Operators

$21.25/hour to start

Work Schedule

Monday thru Friday

1st Shift: 6am to 2pm (Team lead role available)

2nd shift: 2pm to 10am + $1 shift premium

Opportunities for Overtime

Job Duties Include

- Operating Forklifts and other material handling equipment

- Safely load and unload materials from trucks or containers

- Move materials within the warehouse to designated locations

- Perform order picking and ensure accurate inventory management

- Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

- Forklift experience preferred

- Previous warehouse experience

- Ability to pass a physical
