Lead carpenter needed

I am looking for a confident helper who is ready to take the next step into a leadership position. Must be proficient in building decks, reeding blueprints, rough framing various types of sidings and AZEK trim. Must be self motivated able to work alone and be the lead of a 3man crew. The owner is on site daily , but has 3-4 jobs going at a time So I am not there all day. Easy going work environment. You must have reliable transportation a desire to be at work everyday and your own basic tools This is a 1099 position so you will need your own liability insurance. If you do not have it I can help you acquire it. Year round work. Pay is 35 per hour with potential for more in the way of bonuses for on time results.
