Knowledge of Sales/Service Cloud, Experience Cloud - should have experience working with SFDC objects, configuration, and administration essentials.5. Apex/Visualforce programming background/experience is Not mandatory but will be nice-to-have (Much of the actual coding in the Project will be done from Offshore).The person in this Onsite role will majorly focus on Requirements Analysis but will be good if the person knows Salesforce configuration for proofs-of-concept, directly interacting with the client stakeholders.6. Documentation skills - The person in this role Must be able to write-up a full-fledged BRD; Process-flow documents; Write user-stories, and any other documentation as needed for the Salesforce Implementation.7. Ability to capture requirements from business users - requirements may pertain to implementation of SFDC Service/Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud8. Knowledge of Requirements Analysis and Management processes: Very strong hands-on experience and high degree of comfort in preparing Requirement artifacts like BRD, SRS (Functional requirements), Gap analysis documents/Use-cases, and Solution Design documentation.9. Experience in interacting with Business teams and Users across different geographies, and in running end-to-end Requirements-gathering and Design-brainstorming whiteboarding sessions.
