Sales Rep ( outside / inside sales )

Traction Tire is a leading tire distributor with locations in Pennsylvania, New Jersey & New York

We are rapidly expanding, following new investment, and looking to grow our sales team. You will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new customers, as well as growing existing business with our current clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to):

Cold calling - out in the field

Account management of current accounts

Educate customers on our brands and benefits to maximize profits

Solve customer problems

Grow opportunities within territory

Maintain continuous customer outreach via email, phone calls, and visits

Travel to prospective and existing customers to obtain and grow business

Any other duties assigned

REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:

Successful record in outside / inside sales

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Excellent time management skills, including ability to multitask and prioritize

Ability to effectively interact with all levels of internal and external personnel

Strong analytical and business skills

High school diploma

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Tire industry experience prefered
