Part-Time Floor Plan Measurer: AS-BUILT Drawings in CAD

Local firm has a need for a part-time (permanent) floor plan measurer. Applicant must be highly experienced in creating as-built condition drawings of commercial and residential properties in CAD. Applicant must have the ability to create CAD drawings on-site using own mobile workstation and AutoCAD software. Taking measurements on paper and later transferring to CAD drawings is not acceptable. Must have or be able to acquire all required professional tools including laser tape measure, portable laptop with CAD preloaded and video recording device.

Applicant must:

- Have a good understanding of building construction

- Be highly-proficient in CAD

- Have some weekday availability to survey properties

- Have own vehicle to visit properties

- Be reliable and very detail oriented
