Line Cook

Libertee Grounds, Philly's hyperlocal craft beer & cocktail bar with Asian inspired eats and indoor mini golf is seeking a Line Cook, who has a high attention to detail, is a team player and can lead the kitchen line.

Our Asian inspired menu showcases authentic Asian plates and adapting pieces to shine in a bar setting. Candidates who are vocal and who can execute quality and control standards are encouraged to apply as we grow our dedicated, passionate and welcoming team. We also recently launched our brunch program, which is an excellent opportunity for someone to learn how Asian inspired cuisine can fit into a creative brunch menu.

We host many private events which include buffet style catering. Our cooks execute these catering orders and get tipped out on it. Tips average from $2-4/hr extra on top of your base pay.

Pay is based on experience but we are looking to provide a competative rate for strong additions to our team. Experience is required and knowledge of Asian American food is a plus but not required.
