Graphic Designer/animation

Upscale Home Goods Manufacturer seeks a FREELANCE graphic designer with a focus on animated gifs and Photoshop imagery. Candidate must live within the Pittsburgh area with the ability to occasionally meet at our offices when needed. We provide 99% of source material and assets, which makes this a great gig for the right person. We have an existing brand and know what we want, whereby we provide highly detailed directions to the candidate for each project. This a NOT a rebranding and packaging project.

3. You have no experience in simple animation/gif techniques.

Qualifications and Skill Sets:

Ability to meet strict deadlines with ample lead times provided by us

Solid understanding of the company's image and identity

Ability to take creative direction from the company's owner

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a creative field

Proficiency in programs such as Adobe Suite, Photoshop, InDesign, QuarkXPress, and Illustrator

Minimum of two years experience in graphic design

Attention to detail

Portfolio of work with a wide range of creative projects

Time management and organizational skills

Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web

Experience with both print and digital media
