General Labor/Property Maintenance Assistant

We are looking for a person to help maintain rental houses in the Northside of Pittsburgh, McKees Rocks and other areas surrounding Pittsburgh.

The job is both general labor & assisting the maintenance manager.

Must be a non-smoker

Must have a valid driver's license

Must have a reliable vehicle

Must be a reliable person

Must have at least basic knowledge of: Plumbing, HVAC, Electric

Interior painting

Exterior painting

House clean-outs

House cleaning

Cutting grass

Lawn/yard maintenance

Assisting the maintenance manager

Delivering materials (company truck available if needed)

The ideal candidate:

Has/does work in labor/trade job.

Has good communication skills.

Can work alone or with others.

We can be flexible with total time working (20-30+ hours/week). But must be consistent/same hours.

There is high potential for growth from this position.

You will be paid by check, not cash.

$13 - $18/hour depending on experience.
