Job DetailsResponsibilities:
  • Write PLC and HMI programs based on customer requirements. Allen Bradley primarily, but other control platforms as well.
  • Develop programs using weight controllers for custom weighing equipment.
  • Reverse engineer existing programs to be replaced by or integrated with new programs
  • Assist with onsite labor of startup equipment, 15% travel is required
  • Develop documentation including manuals, IO lists, and troubleshooting guides for equipment
  • Electrical design and engineering of control panels and manufacturing equipment
Qualifications:
  • Two-year engineering degree and /or equivalent experience required
  • Experience with PLC/HMI programming is a must
  • Knowledge of Serial, Ethernet, Modbus communication
  • Ability to write clear and concise technical documentation required
  • 5 years of hands on experience implementing industrial control systems.
  • Strong Mechanical Aptitude
