MUST HAVE: B.S./M.S. in Biological Sciences and 3+ years of experience in immunology or immuno-oncologyKey techniques:Cell cultureImmune cell culturecytokine multiplex assays, such as ELISA, MSD, and/or LuminexFACS experience is strongly preferredFor equipment, they should have general experience using:Laminar flow hoodsFume hoodsPlate washersPlate readersFACS machinesMinimal software:Microsoft Office SuiteFlowJo and/or Cytobank would be idealGraphPad Prism would be a plusDescription:Highly-motivated Research Associate to provide support for the discovery of novel therapeutics for immuno-oncology. This position requires a minimum of BS/MS in biological sciences with relevant research experience in immuno-oncology, immunology, or cell biology. The ideal candidate will be proficient at different ex vivo and in vitro research techniques including MLR, T cell proliferation, dendritic cell culture, and immune cell phenotyping. The candidate should be self-motivated, capable of working independently, have strong quantitative skills, and be familiar with data analysis software and data interpretation. Excellent organizational skills, thorough experimental documentation, and a proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced, highly matrixed, interactive environment is essential.Qualifications and capabilities:Minimum of BS/MS in biological sciences with at least 3 years of relevant research experience in immuno-oncology, immunology, or cell biology is required.Ability to independently design and execute experimentsProficiency with cellular immunology and molecular biology techniques including: immune cell isolation, immune cell culture, MLR, in vitro stimulation (antigen-specific and non-specific), proliferation assays, cytokine multiplex assays, ELISA, MSD, LuminexExpertise with multicolor FACS based assays and analysis is a must, FACS based sorting and CyTOF experience would be a plus.Excellent organizational skills, experimental documentation, and a proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced, highly matrixed, interactive environment is essential.Immune cell culture, ELISA, MSD, and luminex assays.The candidate should be self-motivated and capable of working independently.Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills are requiredApplicants must include their telephone number.
