Analyst & Data Ingestion Consultant

RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce's client is seeking an Analyst & Data Ingestion Consultant in Charlotte (NC), Dallas (TX), Philadelphia (PA) & Palo Alto (CA). This a 1-year contract with opportunity for fulltime employment.Responsibilities: In this role, the Analyst & Data Ingestion Consultant will partner with data domain teams to support data onboarding and provisioning to the Data Ecosystem Identify new data sources and develop recommendations for assessing the quality of new data Adhere to data governance and controls standards and procedures Serve as relationship manager for a line of business The Analyst & Data Ingestion Consultant will participate in cross-functional groups to develop companywide data governance strategies Triage and perform data analysis in support of data access and/or data onboarding requests Recommend remediation of process or control gaps that align to management strategy Consult with and provide recommendations to senior management regarding assessments of the current state of data and metadata quality within area of assigned responsibility Partner with groups and various levels of seniority companywide to coordinate and drive collaboration on solution design and remediation execution As an Analyst & Data Ingestion Consultant, you will organize and lead companywide initiatives to ensure that data quality is maintained so that data can effectively support business processesREQUIREMENTS: 5+ years of Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, Project Management experience, Quality Assurance or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education 3+ years of Data Governance experience 3+ years of Jira experience 3+ years of Confluence experience 2+ years of Leadership experience Analytical background - illustrated on resume Database/Linux/Cloudera experience Data ingestion background+ Ability to follow a script Technically guide support of transitionThe pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
