Title: Voice EngineerLocation: Eugene, ORDuration: 6 Months Job Description:Telecommunications Engineering Demonstrates understanding of key voice and digital channel systems technologies- SIP, IVR, Intelligent Routing, Call Recording- -to design, build, optimize and support high availability voice systems- Design, build and deploy secure, scalable, reliable & feasible systems
- Apply knowledge of voice and digital channel systems tools to analyze, test and resolve issues
- Monitor and measure performance
- Appreciate the integration complexities of third party solutions
- Apply solid understanding of compute, network, storage in the support of voice and digital channel systems
- Performs some advanced system integrations working across multiple systems; Assesses system capabilities and uses information to creates awareness of issues, challenges and areas of improvement and researches to solve problems
- Troubleshoots across multiple systems providing some guidance to others
- Takes appropriate actions on information related to performance
- Performs basic system integrations and has understanding of API's
- Coordinates all aspects of the build and deployment of infrastructure with appropriate partners; Troubleshoots issues to ensure a working solution
