Perks and benefits:

$25 / hour - $32 / hour- compensation determined by weld test

Swing Shift(2:30pm -10:30pm) with a paid lunch

Long-term, temp-to-hire opportunity

As a TPD employee, you'll qualify for benefits after just 30 days and PTO after 90

What you'll be doing:

Safely assemble and weld projects using standard fabrication methods

MIG and TIG welding

Reading and following blueprint instructions

Performing 1g-6g welds

Inspecting assemblies using measuring tools, straight edges, calipers, and other standard QC tools

Using presses, spot welders, rollers, and other equipment

What you bring to the table:

Able to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, and reach daily

Able to lift and move up to 75 pounds

Able to safely use hand tools, such as grinders, sanders, drills etc.

Mig & Tig welding experience

3g-6g welding experience

Experience with blueprints and fabrication

Ability to hold tight tolerances (+ or -0.030") is highly preferred
