Job Overview:
We are seeking ambitious and motivated individuals to join our team as Sales Representatives. In this role, you will be responsible for direct sales of homecare systems, including residential home care cleaning supplies and equipment. You will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our products to existing and new customers, highlighting the benefits and features of our products.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting sales activities in assigned territories to generate leads and sell homecare systems and supplies
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and providing exceptional customer service
- Demonstrating the features and benefits of our products to potential customers
- Creating customized sales pitches based on customers' needs and interests
- Negotiating pricing and closing sales deals (management training)
- Effectively managing sales leads and maintaining accurate records of sales activities
- Collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Attending product trainings and staying updated on industry trends
Requirements:
- Previous experience in direct sales is preferred but not required
- Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
Compensation:
This position offers a base pay structure as well as competitive commission-based compensation, allowing you to directly impact your earnings. Successful sales representatives have the potential to earn a substantial income.
