Litigation Paralegal – Perfect for those who enjoy a busy practice!

Miller Nash is looking for an experienced, organized, detail- and deadline-oriented paralegal with strong communication skills to join our Portland-based litigation team. This is a full-time hybrid position (working partially remote and partially in the office).

THE REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum of five to seven years of heavy litigation experience required. Trial experience is a must. Extensive experience with document management systems and thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office systems is required. Experience working on commercial and construction matters a plus!

The successful candidate will be a proactive critical thinker with excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. We are looking for someone who pitches in to help when and where needed and provides top-notch customer service, both internally and externally.

THE LOCATION

This is a hybrid position. When working onsite in our physical office, this position will work out of our new offices located in a neighborhood with a vibrant, energetic streetscape. Located in the 11W building (1140 SW Washington Street https://11wportland.com/) in downtown Portland, our offices reside in a recently completed 25-story mixed-use tower with curated ground-floor retail and underground parking. The property is a member of the West End Security District, which provides the neighborhood with highly effective private security and cleaning services.
