Lash Artist Wanted

Lash Club is hiring a full tint and part time lash technician!

Lashing can be your life time career! We believe in “one- service” salons. Eyelash extensions is our expertise and this will be the one profession we will always be focusing on to be the BEST.

Lash beginners:

1 on 1 training will be provided by our experienced lash artists covering the basic and advanced techniques along with necessary information to become a professional lash technician. Lashing is a fine art and takes time to earn this skill. This will be a good opportunity, who is seeking a lifetime career, not a side job for a quick extra income. The average time for a beginner lash artists to master all services is 6 months.

Experienced Lash Artists:

If you have been lashing consistently for over a year and have mastered Classic, Hybrid and Volume lashes, you may be a good candidate for this position! We work as the team, candidates must be open to learn and adjust new lashing style to meet business expectations.

This is an employment opportunity, not an independent contractor relationship.

We avoid conflicts of interest. Candidates must solely work for Lash Club as a lash artist.

Requirements:

Oregon Esthetician or Cosmetology license.

Lash Certificate is plus not not required

Available to work at least 20 hours in a week including weekends.

Description:

Your daily responsibilities will be opening the studio, welcome and checking-in clients, delivering the service, check-out clients, take payment, clean your workstation and close the studio. Our studios are set up to see up to 3 clients at once. This unique private setting allows you to really focus on “clients” and “lashing.” You must be comfortable working independently.

Compensation:

Commission 30%-50%, depends on your experience and skill level. 10% from retail sales. Tips are all yours. Minimum wage is guaranteed for all training hours, practices and meetings
