Job Description:

As a Home Improvement Product Canvasser, you will be the face of our company in the local community, engaging with homeowners and promoting our wide range of home improvement products and services. You will be responsible for generating leads and setting appointments, helping to drive sales and contribute to the overall success of our business.

Part Time: Approximately 30 hours / week

Key Responsibilities:

1. Engage with homeowners in targeted neighborhoods, promoting our home improvement products and services.

2. Generate qualified leads by identifying potential clients and assessing their needs and interests.

3. Schedule appointments for our sales team to provide in-home consultations and product demonstrations.

4. Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while representing our brand and values in the community.

5. Utilize marketing materials and scripts to effectively communicate our offerings and benefits to potential clients.

6. Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

7. Track and report daily progress, including leads generated and appointments scheduled.

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.

2. Previous experience in canvassing, sales, or customer service is a plus.

3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

4. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn and grow within the company.

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

6. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

7. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as needed.
