Job DetailsResponsibilitiesProvide service and customer support during field visits or dispatchesTie workflow to scheduleManage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasksDiagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutionsProduce timely and detailed service reportsDocument processesOperate vehicle in a safely manner and use field automation systemsFollow all company's filed procedures and protocolsCooperate with technical team and share information across the organizationComprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefingsBuild positive relationships with customersEducation and/or ExperienceMinimum 3+ years of experience directly related to the installation of devices in a retail environment such as point of sale systems, alarm systems, or security camera systemsMinimum 2 years' experience in electrical and low voltage devices, concrete cutting, bending, and running conduit, and running wires through walls and ceilings; and experience with power tools and scissor liftsExperience as general contractor or related fields are highly desirableValid driver's license and a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and the ability to maintain a positive driving record throughout employmentInterested in hearing more?
