Cabinet Installation Lead

Lanz Cabinets is hiring for a Cabinet Installation Lead. This is a full-time position working in the Portland area. The Cabinet Installation Lead is responsible for planning, coordinating and overseeing projects to ensure that they are completed properly in a timely fashion.

Responsibilities:

Skills should include strong time management, professional demeanor, accuracy, attention to detail and understand measurements, designs and blueprints. Applicants who are well rounded, artistic and experienced in the cabinet industry are preferred.

The ability to take accurate field measurements.

Directing employees to assure completion of tasks in the most efficient way.

Directing subcontractors to complete tasks.

Basic computer skills, Office, Word, writing professional emails.

The ability to identify installation or production errors.

The ability to read and comprehend blueprints.

Using hand tools and power tools for miscellaneous tasks.
