Join our team! We are looking for an Assistant Maintenance Manager to work 40 hours a week at our self-storage facility located in the Portland area. Our team is fully engaged in the local business community and interacts with a wide variety of personable customers and tenants.
The work schedule is 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Tuesday - Saturday for a total of 40 hours a week. Must have computer, sales, maintenance, and janitorial skills. Property management experience is a plus.
Must also be able to lift 50 lbs. and have a valid driver’s license.
$21.50 an hour to start, commissions, paid holidays & sick days, 2 weeks paid vacation after the 1st year, and health benefits.
Must have good employment references and pass a complete background check.
