Job DetailsThis senior level position is responsible for assisting the IT Corporate Systems team with automation capabilities such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and similar technologies. Analyst will facilitate cross functional business process automations to address inefficiencies that are causing a loss of value to the company. The ability to craft, conduct, facilitate and participate in effective communication forums with business groups across our organization is required.Job Duties & Responsibilities
  • Evaluates and documents process automation ideas and projects.
  • Uses established project documentation, controls, templates, training and change management practices.
  • Responsible for design, building, testing, scheduling, monitoring and support of process automations including code reviews.
  • Required to complete automation project assignments that are at a medium to high level of complexity within established timeframes.
  • Understands and follows automation best practices
  • Helps capture and track metrics around automation projects.
  • Participates as Agile team member.
  • Report status, issues, and timeliness to management and project teams including key stakeholders and subject matter experts.
  • Provides support and training to lower level Business Process Analysts.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Demonstrates proficiency in personal computer knowledge and core applications which include Microsoft Office applications.

  • Prior technical experience with automation tools such as: Blue Prism, UI Path, Automation Anywhere, Microsoft Orchestrator, Azure Automation, Winshuttle, Microsoft PowerAutomate/Power Platform, AutoHotKey, SAP GUI Scripting.
  • Prior technical experience with SQL, Powershell, VBA, VB.NET, C#
Education
  • Minimum: High school diploma or GED
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree - from accredited university
  • Preferred: Six Sigma Certification
  • Preferred: Blue Prism Developer Certification
Experience
  • Minimum: 5-8+ years related work experience
