Solar is one of the fastest-growing and most exciting industries in the USA. Warren Buffet says this is part of the largest transfer of wealth in history. Countries in Europe and Australia already have a 35% saturation of solar, while the US is only at about 5% but we are starting to catch up. The entire industry is in the middle of a huge growth period right now, seeing its biggest increases in history in 2021, and again in 2022. Oklahoma is fairly new to solar adoption at 0.2% market penetration as opposed to states like California sitting at 27.3% as of February 2023. This means a lot of opportunity for the OK market and those working in it! The ability to produce a family's own power in crisis as opposed to reliance on the utility, along with massive utility rate hikes has created a solar demand that we have not seen before . 2023 has started off well ahead of last year and there’s no slowing this train down.

As a Solar Consultant, you will be responsible for:

Direct to home door knocking, marketing and appointment setting with training provided from experienced sales team members and leadership to provide you with the tools and confidence to succeed.

Generating leads from referrals and your own resources (online marketing on social media, utilizing local networks etc)

Working company provided leads with contiuned communication.

Help interested homeowners understand the importance of solar energy while proactively earning their business.

Educate homeowners on the positive effects of solar energy including energy cost savings, clean energy, and worthwhile investment to increase home value.

Working along side our project managment team to accomplish an excellent customer experience.

Compensation: Commission Based - AVERAGE First Year Reps make $80-100k with the potential to earn more based on work ethic and desire.
