Our boutique law firm is in search of an Operations Manager with a comprehensive skill set and a growth-focused mindset. This critical role involves overseeing the firm's daily operations and playing an instrumental part in our expansion efforts. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.

Directly support legal proceedings, contributing to legal assistant and paralegal tasks.

Handle full-spectrum accounting tasks, financial management, and demonstrate proficiency in QuickBooks.

Maintain a professional office environment, addressing all operational needs as they arise.

Foster a collaborative and efficient workplace atmosphere, stepping in to meet needs and mentor new team members.

Be available to address urgent firm matters outside of standard working hours, maintaining communication through a work cell phone and laptop.

Actively participate in the firm's growth strategy, including staff expansion and service offering enhancement.

Qualifications:

Proven ability to manage and adapt to a wide array of tasks, from administrative to hands-on operational duties.

Strong leadership, computer, technical, and communication skills, ensuring availability and responsiveness.

Background in accounting, financial management, and QuickBooks.

Highly adaptable, with the ability to prioritize and efficiently switch between varied responsibilities.
