SUPERINTENDENT- ASPHALT PAVING & MAINTENANCE

Buckeye Surface Maintenance, a leading provider of asphalt paving and pavement maintenance services, is seeking a field operations superintendent.

Job Duties Include But Are Not Limited To:

Overall Responsibility For Projects

Reviewing Job Specifications & Visiting Sites In Advance

Developing & Implementing A Plan For Each Job

Ordering Materials

Coordinating Trucking

Determining Equipment Needs For Each Job

Overseeing Personnel

Ensuring Finished Product Is Of Acceptable Quality

Making Sure All Projects Are Completed On Time and On Budget

Assessing Efficiency & Making Necessary Adjustments To Increase Efficiency Where Opportunities Exist

Development Of Personnel Through Training & Coaching

Assisting On The Ground As Needed
