Job DetailsThe Senior Mechanical Engineer is an individual looking to take on the challenges of performing a variety of Mechanical Engineering duties related to industrial facilities for projects large and small. This position involves experience in one or more of the following service areas: Chemical, Polymer, Refining, Utility. Experience in consulting engineering is a plus.Key Responsibilities:The Senior Mechanical Engineer has a variety of responsibilities including:Engineering/specification of mechanical equipment, including material handling equipment, pumps, pressure vessels, tanks, heat exchangers, and other process equipmentPipe stress analysis/pipe support designLead Engineer for projectsInterfaces with other engineering disciplines and clientsPerforms field work as neededQualifications:Education/Experience:Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering degreeA minimum of fifteen years' experienceExperience in some or all of the areas of engineering mentioned aboveProfessional Engineering license a plusEligibility Requirements:Accepts that this position may require some domestic overnight travelInterested in hearing more?
