Job Title: Network EngineerLocation: Columbus, Ohio (Onsite) Duration: Long Term Contract Job Description:Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, provision new services, and maintain enterprise network standards.Take a lead role in development of network design and architecture to meet company security, redundancy, scalability, and performance goals.Perform policy configuration and maintenance on company firewall and VPN devices.Monitor production voice and data network services and conduct proactive capacity planning.Maintain patch management and software/firmware upgrade procedures for critical network infrastructure.Implement network capabilities that support enterprise disaster recovery processes and business continuity plans.Develop and support service level agreements, network service availability metrics, and management reports.Engage vendors and third-parties when necessary to resolve issues or analyze design options.Participate in enterprise projects as needed to assess technical fit and ensure alignment between business and IT goals.Propose and implement technology focused projects that improve security or improve overall IT capabilities and services.Certifications: CCNA & CCNP
