Thisposition is hybrid and currently requires weekly (one day a week) on site presenceat the State of Office Tower. OhioMHAS Information Services is the technology arm of the third largestcabinet level agency in the state of Ohio. We support more than 3,200 employeeswithin six regional inpatient behavioral health hospitals, Ohio Pharmacy Services,and Central Office. We develop and support technology for several critical businesssolutions used by the agency as well as by county and local behavioral health careproviders across the state. Our Office of Information Services has access to: • Indepth research reports. • Tailored IT architecture recommendations. • Best practicesguidance to successfully implement technology. • Perspectives of how other ITorganizations are deploying and managing new technologies. • Reusable templatesfor internal architecture and documentation. - May require travel to 8 locations withinthe State of Ohio. Rough estimate is about 2 times/month. There some stretcheswith no travel, but if there’s a project it could be more per month. Day trips only (noovernight stays). Will use own vehicle. State will not reimburse mileage. Pleasework this into the price during negotiations. - This is a hybrid position and will berequired to go into the office at least 1 day a week. Skills: o Define technicaldirection and roadmap for Network standardization as well as manage theimplementation and technical solutions. o Design and develop solutions as well assupport a diverse environment that includes but not limited to Ciscoswitches/routers, Aruba Wifi, Vocera badges, Juniper firewall, VOIP, etc. oCollaborate with other agencies for solutions that can be leveraged by using liketechnologies. o Troubleshoot and recommend solutions for Network standardsacross 7 remote sites as well as central office. o Lead a motivated team to the futureof Network security (Network segmentation, monitoring, etc.). o Ability to developcomplex analysis and then present it in a concise, impactful way to seniorleadership o Must be detail-oriented with the ability to communicate and writeeffectively
