We are looking for a cook for our jazz lounge. 3-4 days/week, 3p-Midnight.
The menu is relatively small and we don't have a large kitchen, so it is mostly prep and plating.
Candidates must be able to follow recipes and be consistent in plating. Cleanliness and organization are key. We don't have a porter, so cooks will also be required to help with dishes and polishing glassware.
The kitchen has a clear view of our stage, so the job comes with live music and a fun atmosphere.
