Job Description:Business Analyst/Consultant with a good mix of functional knowledge and technical expertise.Extensive experience with Airlines, with specific experience in airline operations including Flight and Route Planning; Flight Dispatch and Tracking; and Crew Planning and Management. Additionally, deep functional and technical knowledge of the NavBlue suite of applications. Position is open to Full Time Employment (FTE)

  • Position is open to Fully Remote or Onsite location. Relocation Package is offered for Full Time Employment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide domain and product expertise for large scale NavBlue (and similar systems) transformation programs, delivered through scaled and distributed Agile ways of working.
  • Work with Business Stakeholders and Engagement Managers to understand pain points/inefficiencies in existing systems and processes.
  • Works as a liaison between Project Team and Leadership to understand business priorities of the client.
  • Understands how business solutions can be configured to better facilitate client business processes.
  • Envision an implementation and/or transformation roadmap that aligns with the strategic and tactical direction of the client.
  • Articulate value centric solutions to a group of multidisciplinary business stakeholders
  • Own solution definition from conception through delivery in collaboration with key stakeholders

What are we looking for?
  • NavBlue SME for Crew Module and flight module
  • NavBlue Implementation experience in Airline Industry

Functional Skills and Experience
  • 10+ years of experience in airline space with exposure to all a broad range of airline operations functions and solutions.
  • 3+ years of experience with NavBlue.
  • Experience of working with globally dispersed project teams, in a matrix organizational set-up
  • Excellent analytical skills and a strong sense for structure and logic
  • Experience in identifying problems, collecting data, establishing facts and drawing valid conclusions.
  • Experience in implementing and integration large complex systems.
  • Good understanding of software development methodologies
  • Good understanding of technology solutions in the airline operations space
