LAUNDROMAT ATTENDENT Full Time NEEDED

Laundromat Attendant – Full Time 3p-10p

Our laundromats consist of both self-serve and drop-off services and we are seeing a customer focused attendant to service the needs of our customers. Customers appreciate having an attendant around to answer questions and request help when in the building. We are looking for people with superior customer service skills who takes pride in their work to assist our customers.

Responsibilities:

Assist customers with questions or issues

Handle washer and dryer problems / check & clean dryer lint traps

Perform daily cleaning duties

Provide change or refunds to customers

Answer telephone

Collect and sort laundry

Perform washing / drying / stain removing

Fold and organize laundry

Take count of inventory

Skills, ; Qualifications:

Must be able to stand, walk or sit for long periods

Excellent customer service skills

Excellent organization skills

Night and weekend availability

Hourly rate / benefits:

Starting at $13.00 per hour
