Landscape Installation Supervisor Needed

Gilb Landscaping, Inc. is looking for a Landscape Crew Supervisor. We install and maintain landscapes all over the east side of Cincinnati and northern Kentucky. Our scope of work includes landscape installation, retaining walls, natural stone work and landscape bed maintenance. We do not mow lawns or do tree work. We install landscapes year-round, weather permitting. No seasonal layoffs for Supervisors.

Supervisors receive quarterly evaluations that are tied to bonuses. We also offer medical insurance, paid-time off, paid holidays, paid bereavement leave, paid jury duty leave, educational allowances and a company wide profit sharing plan.

All crews are home every night, usually off the clock by 5:00 PM. We do not work on weekends.

Applicants must have a valid drivers license in good standing, and must be able to work full-time. Starting pay will be determined based on experience. Experience running a crew with a reputable company is preferred. We are a drug free work place and all applicants must complete a drug screening and background check.
