I need a sober timely self motivated individual to work independently with their own tools on a variety of projects on commercial and residential rental property. 1099 work
$20 hourly to start 30-40 hours weekly, paid Fridays via check or payment app.
$25 hourly after the first month.
Door install, window install, pex, drains, light electrical, fixture install, lock install, sinks, cabinets, countertops, flooring of all types, fence install and repair, decking, pretty much everything.
I am honest and direct and expect the same from you. If you don't know how to do something tell me and we'll learn or find someone who can.
