Responsibilities & Skills:

We are seeking motived, energetic, sales driven individuals to join our team! The ideal candidate for this position will be a team player, show creativity, and have a high degree of professionalism when working with current and potential residents . The Leasing Agent is responsible for all aspects of the leasing side, and is responsible for creating and maintaining successful relationships with their team and closing rental inquiries efficiently.

Greets all potential and current residents

Schedules tours with prospective residents

Showcase the vacant unit, amenities and property during the tour

Be sales driven, create urgency and excitement to close the sale

Follow-up with prospects via email, call, texts, etc.

Create/Update various ads online to drive traffic

Enters Maintenance Requests and helps assist Manager with resident requests

Prepare Lease paperwork for new and current residents

Assist with office Duties

Professional phone voice to answer incoming calls

Data Entry & Filing - paying attention to details

Salary + Commission!

M-F: 9:30AM - 6PM

Sat: Optional
