Job ID: 23-22881Pay Range: $17 - $18/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities :
  • FULFILLMENT: Review over deferral letters and forward incorrect letters to proper processing team for direction. Correct letters as directed by the business, archive copies and mail. Assemble daily mailings in response to customer requests. Maintains in-house forms inventory. Process ad-hoc mailings using inserter machine. Responsible for maintaining and responding to inquiries from the NW Fulfillment mailbox. Conducts quality evaluations on work to determine and report quality control and timeliness standards. Resolves basic issues and escalates to senior team members as necessary. Responsible for the inventory levels and organization of the fulfillment area.
  • CHECKS: Assemble and process checks requiring special handling or additional paperwork and performing underlying check support functions including, but not limited to review daily e-withdrawal report and balance sheets, research missing data, print and match accompanying paperwork and redirect overnight mailings as directed by the business. Responsible for maintaining and responding to inquiries from the group email box. Conducts quality evaluations on work to determine and report quality control and timeliness standards. Resolves basic issues and escalates to senior team members as necessary.
  • CONTRACT ISSUANCE: Assemble private sector contracts, contract additions, and contract addendums with proper forms or disclosures in accordance with government regulations, contract provisions, internal procedures and controls and business direction. Responsible for maintaining and responding to inquiries from the NW Contracts mailbox. Conducts quality evaluations on work to determine and report quality control and timeliness standards. Resolves basic issues and escalates to senior team members as necessary.
  • AUDIT PACKETS: Coordinate, produce and stage materials needed for the pensions PINNACLE client auto-audit packets, PSATS audit packets and daily audit packet requests to meet federal and state audit requirements. Conducts quality evaluations on work to determine and report quality control and timeliness standards. Resolves basic issues and escalates to senior team members as necessary.
  • STATEMENTS: Under the direction of senior team members may assist with the processing of damaged statements. May assist with the review and release of web and IO statements.
  • Provides quality customer service by demonstrating and understanding customer needs and emphasizing timely responses.
  • Efficiently operate office machinery (copiers, scanners, bindery, inserter) to complete assembly of mailings.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • High school studies. Undergraduate studies desirable.
  • One or more years work experience with office related work preferred. Related experience in insurance, investments, or financial services desired.
  • General office practices, customer service, and office equipment. Familiarity with filing systems, recordkeeping procedures and problem-solving techniques.

  • Ability to prioritize own work within business standards.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills to interact with customers, team members, and management.
  • Decision making skills necessary for customer contacts.
  • Ability to identify and evaluate problems and analyze customer inquiries and determine the appropriate action.
  • Proven ability to operate a PC.
