The premier independent European Repair shop in Central Ohio has an immediate opening for a TEAM oriented technician. We are a TEAM of the best technicians in the region working TOGETHER to fix cars right the first time. We are a very busy, dynamic service facility with an extensive backlog of work. We are looking for an experienced, TEAM Oriented, automotive technician with the ability to identify and diagnose repairs on foreign cars and SUV's. The successful candidate must be able to provide their own tools and have 5 years of experience using high tech computer scan tools.

We are active in motorsports, high performance modifications, track and racing program and need enthusiastic team players to help it continue to grow.

We are looking to hire someone who wants to find a home, not another job. We are a very close family focused company and would like someone who is tired of looking for greener pastures. We have NEVER had a layoff in 35 years! That’s right – we are celebrating 35 years this year.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Road Testing customer vehicles to experience needed repairs and identify faults

Advising service advisor of needed repairs and how immediate the needed repairs are

Completing repairs and replacing necessary, damaged or faulty parts

Carrying out routine service, safety checks and inspections

Adheres to all company policies, procedures and safety standards

Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent

Thorough knowledge of automotive systems and the ability to use all technical resources to resolve problems.

Thorough knowledge of scan tools and proper operation of diagnostic and repair procedures

Ability to manage workload and complete assigned work on time

Applicants must pass a criminal background check and Motor Vehicle Report

The successful candidate will have more than 5 years of experience with European automobiles

The successful candidate qualifies for a compensation review within 90 days of starting.
